A: I just got mine yesterday and the first thing i did was install rainbow six and it automatically sets the graphics to ultra and it plays like a dream, I highly recommend this laptop for gaming or school/buisness use.
Q: Can my son play Fortnite on this?
A: Yes, absolutely.
A: Yes, it can handle all Sims games with expansion and mods.
Q: Does this laptop have a overheating issue and if so how can I prevent it?
A: I have not had an issue with overheating and I am using the laptop outside in 90 degree weather. If it did have a problem it does have a cooling boost setting.
Q: Does this model come with Words, Powerpoint and Exel?
A: This comes with the operating system and a one month free trial of Microsoft Office.
Q: What is the brightness of this device in nits and how does the battery perform?
A: I haven't looked at the Nits of this device, currently not at home, but the battery on a heavy game usage is two to three hours. Doing school work/basic browsing I've had the battery last for 7 1/2 hours.
