After trying a few chairs that didn’t quite work out, this one really surprised me. The mesh back is breathable and keeps me comfortable even after hours of sitting. I’ve had back pain in the past, but the built-in lumbar support has made a huge difference—it actually encourages good posture without feeling stiff. The armrests adjust just enough to support my elbows while typing, and the tilt and height settings are easy to use. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the design fits nicely with my setup. Easy to assemble. This sturdy well made ergonomic desk chair is just what we needed for spending hours at the computer at a time. This is very comfortable, easy to moved into your wanted position. Supports the back and arms with adjustable arm rests and back support. My husband loved his Christmas gift.

I was able to build this chair myself fairly easily. So far it's comfortable for me, and better than my very old Herman Miller Aeron, because it has a solid cushioned seat. I haven't really used the headrest yet at my desk.
