These are relatively new DDR5 ram so you might have to flash your motherboard bios to get the XMP module to work I only had two sticks of this ram and it loaded up perfectly without any issue , I did not try syncing the RGB but by default they will be Rainbow color like show in the picture. Your PC is gonna normally run these at 4800mh until you turn on the XMP profile in the bios settings but overall these are some nice Ram sticks
