They did a fairly good job of hooking up the tv. Another geek squad guy came to hook up the remote control. I’m satisfied. Probably did a better job than I could have done. Or, at least saved me much time. Thanks.

DId an amazing job highly recommend geek squad anytime

Jon my installer was excellent. He called ahead to confirm our appointment, arrived with my new remote and went right to work. It's nice to meet a knowledgeable technician that spends the time to make things function properly and explain everything logically.

The guys were able after some time connect the new TV with my devices. However, not all has been smooth sailing. I was supposed to get a follow up call with a Geek Squad member with more experience in dealing with my particular remote. It's been over a month and have not heard back from anyone yet. Nevertheless, I am happy with the service provided. I would just like this last step fixed and give it a five star rating.

My electronic equipment is located in a separate room from my TV, requiring a special remote control to operate all the functions. When my former Harmony remote started failing, I purchased a new URC remote that required the Geek Squad to program. An issue with that program initially occurred and a separate crew had to come into resolve the problem. But they determined the problem and came up with a solution that left me well satisfied with the results.

We purchased a laser projector, screen, and supporting equipment with a remote programmed to operate the entire system from the one remote. The projector has excellent picture quality and sound. The system is incredibly easy to operate and to switch between live TV, streaming, and DVD/USB applications. Our Sales Assoc Allen Swan and our Geek Squad Tech Christopher were both very helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to assist.

The agent programs my home theater to a universal remote. Works well. Everything in one remote.

Andrew took a very complex remote setup and made it all work. He even got Alexa to talk to Sonos. Well done, Andrew! I hope I never see you again--which will mean you not only fixed my remote but did so permamently.

The team that came out was friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained everything as they went through the process. the only drawback was that the tech support they needed was in the mid west and they could not be reached after 3pm PT. So, they had to come out a second day to complete the job. It really would have been better if they had support in the west coast.

We needed a lot of little things done and the Geek Squad came through for us. The gentleman that came to our home was not only kind and courteous, he was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything in a way we could understand. We had him set us our remotes to work the way we wanted them to, also install and set up a new modem and an EERO system. He made sure all our devices were connected to our new network and that everything was operating properly.

Got things up and going again in very informative and educational manner

Love this set up as it makes navigating through apps and programming a breeze

Brian Rajczi was very helpful and knowledgeable to pair our remote and explain it's use to us so we could understand how to use it. He was the same great Tech that came out to install the 77"TV and supporting cabinet. He did a 5-star service 1 year ago too!

I am berry happy with the Geek Squat of Best Buy fort Mayer, the manager Phil and his Tim, are berry professional.

The service works well. It allows me to access all of my equipment from one place. My only issue is the remote itself. It does not have the capability of a microphone like an xfiniti remote and it is not the easiest to change settings.

They did everything and more. Best squad i've ever had. They were terrific. My remote now works perfectly. The third try was the charm.

Agents were very professional and wall mount and setting up the new TV went well.
