The agents installed mt new TV and mount in an awkward alcove. It looks perfect. He carefully explained how my new TV interacted with my devices, which he hooked up for me.

Add on enclosure install means running all cables through an enclosed post which is part of my TV stand. Geek Squad agents quickly got it done.

Turned this down because they charged for setup of stand and then additional charge to mount tv. This service cost more than tv and stand.

To instoll 86 inch Tv on celing not even high celing they come 4 times & they still didn't do it they are jocking still sitting on the floor !!!

The e Geek Squad members did a great job. They were on time, quick, and tho e cleanup was perfect. The installers also made some adjustments to our work plan, eliminating work that was paid for but not needed. Saved us money. Answered follow-up questions that I had after the install.
