Excellent TV, sound bar and wall mount installation!

The Agents R&R Tech Services connected all of my devices on my new 77" Samsung OLED TV and explained all. Even my digital antenna so now I have at least 16 free air way channels! Sweet! This company was professional, respectful and well experienced. Outstanding job!

Already had the Geek Squad installing new TV - Why would you not want them to review usage of the new controls? Made immediate use capable without having to study and test your understanding of different controls.

The team for Best Buy were amazing. Removed the old tv and installed the new one. Went over all the details of the new tv and set it up. Highly recommend!!!

Our tech guy was really good. Showed us how work everything with the remote, cable and DVD.

They sent a third party contractor who showed up by himself to mount my new 83 inch LG G5 . Super unprofessional, left his tools layiny on my brand new entertainment center, drywall dust everywhere, threw away my sound bar remote the tv isnt secured properly on the mount and wobbles due to him removing the lower mounting pegs to "make it easier to get on the mount. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING NOR HAVE IT INSTALLED BY BEST BUY AGAIN. And I have spent tens of thousands here fron washers and dryers to refrigerators to tvs and sound systems. NEVER AGAIN.

This was a great feature to add because I bought a TV for a friend who is disabled and needed help setting it up. It worked out perfectly.! I highly recommend the service.

The agents that mounted my TV were great. Service and install were efficient. Agents explained everything updated with the install and did a great job!

The agents removed the TV from the box and installed the bracket and set the TV on the stand. They plugged it in and made sure it came on. They advised that was all they were responsible for. TV picture setup should be part of the installation.
