Many appreciate the technician's knowledge, connectivity options, and overall professionalism. However, some customers have reported issues with the soundbar's longevity and compatibility, as well as concerns about the remote control.
We’ll deliver to a room serviced by an elevator or up to the third floor. Then, we’ll unbox your new soundbar.
We’ll complete your smart TV’s initial software configuration process so it’s ready for us complete your service.
We'll connect one new or existing soundbar to your video or audio component in a single room. If included, we will also set up rear speakers.
For components with network features, we'll add the devices to your existing wireless network and perform the necessary software or firmware updates.
We’ll program manufacturer or service provider remote controls (DirectTV, Xfinity, etc.) and consolidate remotes, where possible, for easier operation.
We’ll adjust the soundbar’s general settings based on your preferences or the space. We can also calibrate the soundbar using any accessories or software included.
We'll make sure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and run through shelving, furniture or existing wire channels and that wire ties are used when necessary.
Once the services are completed, we’ll perform a system demo to show you the features of your new setup. We’ll answer any questions you may have and discuss additional solutions that could improve your sound experience.
After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging you don’t need.
