The agents came to my house due to many problems with my PC. They said it needed to go to Best Buy. The in-house Geek Squad determined there were too many problems. A Best Buy computer specialist helped me to purchase a new PC. The Geek Squad downloaded everything from my old PC. They took the time to help me through all this. I couldn't have done this on my own. They were terrific!

After both Cedric and David my installers from the Geek Squad completed the initial install of my new computer they also took the time to assist and "crash course" me on the basics of what was needed to get right to using the updated software. They had plenty of patience with me very pleasant and easy in their explanations. Thank you both and I hope whenever I again need in home assistance, that I will be able to request one or both of you. It was a real pleasure. Please be sure they get recognition for their great service and professionalism .

The Geek Squad agent, Kory Sherbine, came to my home and completely set up our new computer. He explained everything he did and was very thorough. He was so thorough that he made my wife happy that she now had a well working computer. We all know that, IF MOMMA AIN'T HAPPY AIN'T NOBODY HAPPY.

Agent Glenn Cooperrider went way beyond what was expected. I am an elderly widow with limited tech savvy. He set up my computer, wifi, and helped me deal with bend broadband. His service was always professional and I can't thank him enough for all he did to get me up and running! Thank you, agent Glenn! BTW, all products are fantastic!

Once the problem was identified and fixed , the agent spent extra time with me going over all that had been backed up and fixed. All the features were updated and the agent was knowledgeable and showed me where all my information was on my laptop. I was also given a discount for the time it took to make the correct diagnosis and for the new external hard drive. I appreciated the extra time spent with me and how all was explained to me.

I wanted a Smart TV hooked up with a Bluray DVD player in a part of the house that required added signal. The Geek Squad did an excellent, quick, and helpful hookup. They were helpful explaining how to work the Bluray system and the Smart TV. I have long been a fan of the Geek Squad and it is the reason I shop at Best Buy. LD

The agent tried to reconnect my computer with Everio movie editing software. Unfortunately we could not get it fully operational, Problem being that JVC no longer supported my older version of their cadcam. The agent was able to walk me through using Windows 10 editor.

The agent helped me implement OneDrive between 2 of my 3 computer systems. He patiently explained OneDrive and how it worked and then took me step by step through the setup process. After that we spent another 15min testing to make sure it was working.

i had brought my CPU in again for service complaining that the error messages would not go away. (wish i remembered who it was). The tech asked me if anyone had suggesting updating the modem/router. No i replied. thanks to this Geek squad member at the Canton GA store for suggesting this change..........................

He transferred my phone information to the new phone, and taught me how to use the new phone. He also put on the glass protector for me as well as the case. I am so glad I went to the Geek Squad!
