Delivery gentleman were so very helpful in resolving a communication error. They indicated they were only responsible for installing legs on the TV; not installing the wall mount and hanging the tv. They quickly contacted customer service, which they had CS contact me and the issues were resolved. Within a few days the install team arrived installed our tv within minutes. I was very impressed how quickly and professionally the error was resolved. Thank you to the Best of Best Buy!!!

I must of had the best two guys in the business, they provided excellent service. They were patient, kind and knowledgeable. I had a terrible phone experience with David in the call center, he was arrogant, rude and hung up on me when I called to order another tv. David had a baritone voice and was horrible. I contacted PC Richardson instead of Best Buy because of him

Visit 1. Was sold that Geek Squad would have supplies on truck if they needed them to finish the job. They did not. They left me with wires running from over the fireplace installation to wall outlet as they did not have cable to feed behind the wall, or ability to hook sound bar too TV behind wall without mounting bracket (that they did not have). They did not hook up other components (DVD, etc) and left. Now mind you, I had electrician put in outlet AND conduit to feed the cables. It should have been a no brainer. Visit 2. 8 hour Window. The 1 guy showed up at hour 7 with NO TOOLS. I had purchased several types of cable and mounting bracket to be prepared, but he had no tool to finish the job. He "went to Home Depot to purchase the tools" called at 10:15pm and said dispatcher recommended to come back next day. I told him to call me in the morning. He never called, never came back. Visit 3: Scheduling NOW. Unbelievably hard to get this finished. I would seriously seek someone outside the Geek Squad to do an over the fireplace mount. I could have accomplished mounting it by the degree that they did without the hassle. They OVER PROMISE and UNDER DELIVER. I am so disappointed.

These two gentlemen redeemed my disgust with the Best Buy customer service reps I dealt with on the phone. These guys, Jasper and Chad, were professional, helpful, courteous, quick and thorough. They saved me money and completely understood and listened to my disastrous recount of how I had been treated over the phone. There comment was we hear that all the time! Your products are good, your prices are good, your in-store employees were good, but those who work on the phones in customer service should be fired!!!!! Totally incompetent and extremely rude!!!!

The technician who arrived to set up my new tv and take away my old one that no longer worked was great. It was so nice not to have to worry about how to get rid of the tv that no longer worked. Getting rid of an old tv on your own is a real hassle. Not only did the technician take away the old tv but also took time to answer a number of questions I had.

Casey was very organized and very tidy in working. He was efficient and very focused in assembling the furniture and hooking up the tv and all its devices. He made sure we know how to operate the remote and made suggestions on improving and enjoying our smart tv experience. Thanks Casey!

The Geek Squad, in our case Leo, was terrific. He offered to put the old tv wherever we wanted it, he set up everything on the tv quickly, showing us how to do it, and he made sensible recommendations, one of which was to get a 2 year GEEK SQUAD warranty. Yay Leo!

Best Buy Technician James was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quick in mounting my Roku TV and hauling away my old Sony TV. A very pleasant gentleman. This was a relaxed experience. I was pleased with his work.

The television was delivered on time by two delivery men who were pleasant enough and removed the old set. the new LG 55" television was a very good choice, it plays great, so i would recommend it and Best Buy to others.

Are TV, after at least fourteen years of working guit working. I went to Best Buy and choice a new TV and had it delivered and installed. The technician delivered and installed the TV. There were no issues with the delivery and install.
