I loved Adobe Acrobat IX and bought 2020 to replace IX when I had to reinstall it on a reset laptop and it would not register. Adobe informed me that it was a counterfeit, although I had it installed on 3 PC's and it works fine. I expected to receive a CD to install, but received a card with download instructions. I purchased 2020 as I did not need the features of the subscription DC or DC Pro. The download was seamless, but registering and activating was a nightmare. I had to install, uninstall and install again. Go to Adobe.com to register and get a serial number. First attempt failed to receive a serial number, second attempt finally got a serial number. $300 and 4 days to finally get the program usable. First install had to launch as a free 7 day trial - a few days later, uninstall, reinstall and upon launching the program for the first time, finally input the serial number to have a fully vaccinated functional program. I prefer Adobe over Bing, Google and Mozilla PDF readers. With 2020 (like IX) I can manipulate, add text, copy, paste and do other things with PDF files.

I always prefer to buy individual licenses for our devices instead of paying a monthly or annual amount. I think you get the best deal this way. Our company uses Adobe Acrobat constantly and this version is great.

You don't have to buy a new license every year. I'm still becoming accustomed to its features--despite being used to navigating around Acrobat Reader. It's aggravating that some pdfs prevent editing, even if saved under a new name. (My forms would be neater if the requested data could be typed within the form itself. ) To be determined if I will upgrade to Pro...later.

Now retired, loved the Adobe Acrobat features at work… thus, I purchased my own program.

Already had it, but had to buy a new computer because Microsoft won't support Windows 7 any more, and I couldn't find my Adobe disk to download to the new computer. I use this to create JPEGs for my work, and to fill in PDF forms...works like a champ!

Why did I not get an Adobe product before now?? Making fillable forms since we are working from home due to COVID-19!! So easy to make and edit PDFs!!

The Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 product is a very good tool for viewing, creating and working with PDF documents. I've found it easy to use and like it very much. The many features are a time and life saving plus.

Needed Adobe for my new laptops. Can't work without Adobe and it was easy to install and setup! I can always count on Best Buy to have what I need.

I gave this product to my wife because she was not able to edit PDF's with Adobe Reader. She likes it.

Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 is a good product; however, it is so expensive

Great product, converting files, mark-ups, cropping & editing are but a few ways I use this.

Wish it was cheaper but it is great for important personal documents.

Way better then acrobat 8 Much easier to edit PDF files
