Living in Charleston the weather is unreliable all of my outdoor garden either fried from the heat or got over waterlogged from all the storms. This has allowed me to grow herbs tomatoes and lettuce in my house. The herb started to show in about four days the lettuce the same the tomatoes I am on week three and they are blossoming but no tomatoes yet however you can tell they are going to be great

Me and My Wife Love this for growing basil and tomatoes. We are looking forward in growing in the winter months.

The light is much brighter than I thought it would be. Almost too bright for my kitchen so may need to move. Things seem to growing but let’s see how next week goes with the other 3 sprouts.

I put this in the dark corner of my kitchen that usually is home to unused appliances and it's been growing really well!

This is my first AeroGarden and so far everything is growing well except one pod, Genovese Basil. I sure hope it pops up eventually. My regular Basil was the first to grow and after only two weeks it is already huge! Setting it up was easy and the lights let you know when it is time to add fertilizer or water. I have it on my kitchen counter in a corner and I love how bright it lights up the area for me when I'm prepping food.

We bought this at the end of last summer but didn't set it up until this spring. The setup is reasonably straightforward and the provided seed pods have produced well. Supplied documentation is sketchy and the web site is not helpful at all. Also, it would have been helpful if the light could be adjusted.

I feel its overpriced. AND NOT PET PROOF! my cats scooped out 3 pods and destroyed them.... shortly after I set the thing up. If you have pets, I recommend covering the whole contraption with a box like the one it came in. that's what I did! Thankfully it has its own grow light I love the timer feature on the light but wish light time was shorter like 13-14 hours instead of 15 hours... another reason to cover the thing... it'll wake you up too early or keep you up too late its so bright. herbs are slow to grow about 2-5 days behind predicted and not sure how robust they are. interested in trying greens if anyone has comments on their Greens pods: other ideas? ???

Quick, easy set up. Automated timer for light. Just keep water in base and feed every two weeks.

Nothing will prepare you for how truly small both the whole unit and the actual pods are. Everything is growing so no complaints there. One is barely growing; hopefully it will catch up.

Very easy to use. You can see the progress in a few days. You will have herbs in a couple of weeks.

I did not receive the seed kit with it that is the reason for only 4 stars. I ordered the kit and got it started and it's been growiing great.

So the Aerogarden is an in-home garden system that makes gardening available for pretty much everywhere and everyone. As an environmental scientist and gardner, it is important for me to grow my own food to avoid GMOs and pesticides so this was perfect for me. I also get a lot of questions from people about gardening even though they live in an apartment or may not have land so in this case, the aerogarden is perfect. Also it is not as demanding as other gardening outside where there's weeding, watering, bugs and as a college student I need all the time I can get. It is soil-less, tells you when it needs more water and has an LED grow light. I will say the light is very bright so I plan to move it out of my bedroom soon but I am happy that the plants have it so they can grow up healthy and happy. I bought this less than 3 weeks ago and all of my herbs are looking great. I’ve already had to trim some of the basil because it was growing so quickly. I do not have a green thumb, but they make this completely idiot proof.

Simply loved my new areogarden so cool how the plants all grow under these lights out of little pods. Had to work out of town and water dried up at the bottom felt horrible ...don't forget to water!
