I was super on the fence about this thing at first but didnt have many options to go with so decided to pull the trigger. I saw some reviews saying it couldn't pick up sand and such in their pools and that definitely made me hesitant about how this product would turn out. I can firmly say that without this thing I would've been SOL with keeping my pool clean. It picks up all the debris from the giant oak next to the pool after the wicked storms with been having with ease. It doesnt get all of the sand but it is more than adequate enough for us and saves a tremendous amount of time. This little thing is easy to clean, fast to charge and great for the pool. Worth every penny!

We had a lot of issues. The 1st one we got didn't charge right after using it a couple of times in the water. Got a replacement was working but still sensitive. Couldn't see the light color when the power was on or charging. But now, not even a year later it doesn't work. I feel like it was sensitive to the water.

First time cordless just isn’t better. This thing always runs out of power on the opposite end of the pool. My old unit had a cord that made retrieval very easy for cleaning. Pulling it from the water it releases debris back into the pool very disappointing.

Title: Product Failed in 10 Minutes – Best Buy Refused to Help After Only 15 Days I purchased an Aiper Scuba L1 pool cleaner from Best Buy and it quit working within 10 minutes of the very first use. I expected Best Buy, as a national retailer, to stand behind what they sell — especially for a product marketed with a manufacturer’s warranty. Instead, I was told that because I live in Hawaii, there was nothing they could do. When I contacted Best Buy Home Services Support, I was transferred multiple times, spoke with four different people, and spent nearly two hours on the phone. Every representative repeated the same line — that Best Buy’s 15-day return policy had expired and that warranty issues were “not their responsibility.” Even after escalating to a supervisor at the Honolulu Best Buy store, I was told that I was on my own and that the manufacturer was responsible. The problem is that Aiper refuses to honor their warranty in Hawaii, claiming they “cannot ship replacements” here. That means Best Buy sold me a defective product that cannot be repaired, replaced, or serviced — and continues to sell the same item in Hawaii knowing that customers here have no warranty protection whatsoever. Selling a product with a warranty that cannot legally be honored in the state where it’s sold is unethical and deceptive. Best Buy should not be selling products in Hawaii that the manufacturer refuses to support. Customers deserve transparency and protection, not to be bounced back and forth between a retailer and a manufacturer that both refuse to help. If you live in Hawaii (or anywhere outside the continental U.S.), avoid this product — and be aware that Best Buy’s “15-day” policy leaves you without recourse if your purchase fails early. Summary: - Product failed in under 10 minutes. - Best Buy refused to help after 15 days. - Manufacturer (Aiper) refuses warranty service to Hawaii. - No repair, replacement, or refund possible. - Completely unacceptable for a national retailer.

This was probably the best purchase I have made in a long time! Last year I struggled getting the pool clean and up and running... this year my pool was full of algae, clear water, but really bad algae growing on the bottom and sides, threw in some algaecide, let that run and then threw in this bad boy and after a few cycles of cleaning him out, the filter, the baskets, my pool is up and running within a few days! Last in full charge about 2.5hrs, cleans my 18'×33' above ground pool like a dream!

I have had a pool for over 20 years, and this was a replacement for a robotic corded vacuum. This had poor suction, and I never did see the pool be clear with it. Having to take it out every run for a recharge was a nuisance. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Does everything it’s supposed to. Easy to clean. Charges relatively quickly. Customer service is great! Had an issue with the unit charging and they sent out a replacement ASAP.

Not happy with this purchase, died 1 week after the 60 day warranty ended, but company did try to fix it, but still didnt work right, so in the process of sending it back, hope they replace it with a new 1.

Piece of junk. Died within 7 weeks. Which is 6 uses. Died on the 7th week. Troubleshooting with the manufacturer they said to exchange it because I just bought it. Apparently Best Buy won’t exchange product that’s defective. Clearly there is an issue with this item.
