This product does a good job of cooling the main area of my home. It seems to keep up with the cooling capacity even in the hot weather.

I’ll preface this by saying we live in Nashville where it’s not only hot in the summer but humid. Bought this for our upstairs game room after the wall unit that was here when we moved in konked out. Measured the area before we bought this and determined the space we needed to keep cool was about 475sq feet so thought a 500sq ft unit would work. It works just OK. On days where the temp goes above 85 this thing can just barely keep up and cool the space to mid-to-high 70’s (set on coldest setting: 62 degrees) so it’s borderline tolerable. The thing that really surprised us was how much water this thing kicks out. Several gallons a day! and without buying a drain hose to attach to the upper drain (which you have to measure and find on your own at Home Depot or wherever) it will only work for an hour or so at a time before it shuts itself off and need to be drained. So once we had the hose rigged up to the upper drain and draining into a bucket it stopped cutting off but we had to dump the bucket several times a day as to not flood the upstairs. If you live in the desert it’s probably not as big of a problem but be ready to deal with this if you live where it’s humid. I don’t want to return it cause it’s heavy and it would be a big pain but if I could go back in time and tell myself about all this I would not buy this unit.

I couldn't believe when I saw the humid degree get down from 68 to 54 within 30 minutes only. It is a really very good quality and the best way to save energy in my bedroom.

I am very pleased with this Airmax portable air conditioner. It cools my little 500 square foot studio beautifully. It took a little bit to figure out the remote, but I love all the features that this unit offers. I have a little very hairy dog, and she is much happier when the cooling mode is on. It was much easier to install than my last one - and much easier to clean the filter. I have not received an electric bill since I have been using it occasionally, so I cannot report how expensive it is to run. It’s loud, but I think all PAC are. It’s well worth its ranking.

Works very well, pretty easy to install, would have given five stars if it was quieter. Easy to move being on wheels, a little heavy though so not as easy to lift. Also has a heater, which made it a better deal.

Works like a charm. I live in the PNW and this pretty much saved my life during the heatwaves we've had this summer. My apartment is 650 sq. ft. with only the bedroom and bathroom being closed off. This significantly cooled down my apartment and made life livable. It's about as noisy as most units, but isn't too bad. Just had to turn up the TV we were good to go. Cons: The exhaust pieces are kinda cheap and flimsy so be careful when using these parts. The fins only point straight up. You can stick your finger or something else in there to change the direction a little bit, but otherwise it blows upward and that's it. Not a deal breaker for me since it still significantly cooled my apartment down.

This product works great. Set it up in a relatively smaller room and within 20 minutes the room was cooled off. Living in a house without A/C, this unit will make it easier to sleep at night. Only downfall i have is one of the pieces was broken when i opened it. It was past the return time, so im going to reach out to the company to see if they can send a replacement part.

This product is amazing for the price! It comes equipped with Air Conditioner, Heater and a Dehumidifier, it had minimal description, all I wanted was air conditioning, it did say that prior to purchase! Very easy to set up 10 to 15 minutes, great easy to read instructions. Cools a heated standard size Master bedroom, with all windows and the door close in 15 or 20 minutes. Certain it will take care of 500 sq ft at ease. It has a nice sleek style, visually. Overall, I got a pretty good bang for my buck, no regrets! I highly reccomend 5 stars!

It’s a strong AC. the downside is it’s super loud! I have to turn the volume up so I can hear the tv. Also the ac is huge it takes up a lot of space since it’s portable it doesn’t go on the window, you connect a hose so the hot air can get out the window

The unit is larger than I expected and a little bit more loud. Overall though, it really has great cooling power and pretty easy to use and set up! I am very happy making this purchase.

I love it. I haven’t needed the heater but the ac is great although it is a bit loud.

This ac is crazy!!!!! My room is a good size 20x20 and it keeps the room cold all day! It’s to cold we’re I have to face it away from my bed since it gets to cold. I am very picky and get hot extremely easy like you can’t believe so we have an on all day 24/7. When I’m saying it gets cold it gets cold. I have it on low and at 72 and it’s still really cold Wich I am surprise. I usually have my home ac at 64 and it will never get cold like how this ac does. My only one complaint is that it can be loud.

Icy cold air conditioning, a little loud but i just turn up the tv a bit and its fine. If you're going to hook up a permanent drain hose, hook it up to the bottom with a half inch vinyl hose from home depot... And tilt machine back a tiny bit

Cools down quick, dehumidifiers works great, filter is easy to clean, have been running fpr 24 hours a day for 2 months without issue and no louder than a window unit.

Yhe airconditioner / heater works extremely well. It was so easy yo set up and to move around. The temperature holds very well. I would recommend it to anyone who said they were interested in one. Im a senior citizen and its easy for me to use.

If I knew it was going to be this loud I wouldn't have purchased, but over all, it keeps the living room cool in the summers.

This has been a real good Portable Air Conditioner- with our air/ heat out - this was a life saver, the heat comes out so well - only thing you do have to drain the water when it get fill - that I did not know but from that - Love Love Love It. Now I do have to say the size was off for square feet, so make sure you measure and do an accurate count - but we adjust -
