Equipped with 2 motor speeds(I:13000rpm/ II:19000rpm),you can choose the appropriate speed based on the softness of the fruit or vegetables. Gear I is suitable for soft fruits like oranges,tomatoes,watermelons,kiwifruit etc.. Gear II is widely used for hard fruits and vegetables like carrots,celeries,beets and apples etc.. If you switch it to "*",the juicer will immediately enter into manual mode and stop squeezing when you let it go. "0" represents "Stop" .
