Assembly was very pet fast, less than 5 minutes. All pieces were included. Seems solid once put together. My only negative Is that the included instructions direct me to lock the wheels when in use, but the included Wheels do not lock. The product description did not say that they did, but I don't know how to follow the directions included by the manufacturer when the wheels don't lock

Absolutely LOVE this stand. It was perfect for the 32 inch TV I just bought. I didn't want to buy a TV for every room and was looking for something that would allow me to watch TV anywhere I wanted. This was perfect.

Upside: the wheel setup is great, like a desk chair, much steadier and easier to move across carpet than the carts with 4 wheels on cross bars. Neutral: the up and down adjustment is quick, but requires some force. Downside: the steel bar at the top is coated with lubricant (consistency of vaseline) and is exposed. Otherwise it's a great product.
