Q: Is this quick and easy to adjust in the middle of workday?
A: Must unlock 4 leg clam shells, then unlatch sliders on both sides evenly pull up using foot to hold down then release sliders and secure 4 clam shells prior to using. Dont try adjusting height without having emptied table top. Otherwise it is more difficult.
