After crash-landing on the outskirts of a small desert town, an alien enlists the help of local waitress Tammy and astronomer Ted to chase down the one-eyed alien monster that has escaped the wreckage of the crashed spaceship, before it consumes every human being in its path! This affectionate homage to the science-fiction films of the 1950s is a knowing, hilarious send-up of the genre's sillier and nostalgically charming past.
