When I left my job I needed to replace the Dell computer which belonged to the company for which I worked. I wanted something similar to what I was using. The Alienware provided full HD display on a 15.6 screen, i7 core processor, 16 GB of memory, and 1 TB hard drive. The software was Windows 10 which I had used. My husband wanted the capability to do some gaming. This laptop provides for both of our computer needs. The backlighting is a great feature.

It supposed to be a good computer, but at the firts week starts with problem at the gpu, and now the gpu just works sometimes. I can't play games or work on the computer and the computer just have 4 months. When I tried support page it said "No Bulletins Found"

Have loved Alienware laptops forever but while they seem to be looking better, they quality seems to have gone downhill. i got one in Dec of 2017 and less than 7 months later it died on me. Warranty was unable to figure out how to fix and ended up having to buy a new one...this one. I got most of $$ from warranty back but still not happy about the original going bad so quickly. Great laptop overall but hope others fair better than I did.

Love it and gaming is awsome need it to run my pioneer mixer sersto cant find a better one and of course the light show being fully custimizable with the leds even in thr alien heads its rox

The computer runs really smooth, I haven't had any problems so far. Just a blue screen once but it was solved after updating the drivers. So far I have been able to run all the programs that I need (CAD) and some games. I'm also planning on updating the hard drive and get a SSD and now the computer will be more than perfect.

Really fast processing, no disturbing fan noises. Very cool laptop. However it is a little heavy for a laptop.

Picked up this computer for audio recording and video streaming at the same time. It is fast enough to do both and will also handle any games you throw at it. The i7 processor and 16GB ram was exactly what I was looking for to do this, but may upgrade the hard drive to a solid state drive which is really easy to do with these models.

I bought this computer mainly to play Sims, but I have gotten so much more out of it. I adore my laptop.

Great Laptop for Gaming, Virtual Reality, etc. graphics are nice and runs fast. Believe can be upgraded.

I bought this computer for my architecture programs and I gotta say they run super smooth I recommend Alienware over all the brands I mean they go more into the specs that aesthetics.

Computer function awesome but battery quickly depletee after 13 months, which isnt covered by warranty for only a year. Which shouldnt be. For the price of the device it shouldve came with a 3 year warranty kinda felt jeeped there because then your paying for shipping and parts which is where i draw the line. Overall performance smooth like butter, never really lagged in mmo games or the refresh rate on my highly visualize games was crisp like a apple, the fruit not mac, and even my stepson wanted my pc if i ever tradd upnor get another.
