Can it run 1440p on Xbox with 120hz cause I bought a monitor from Best Buy on Monday and I’m returning it. it’s called the AOC Q27G41ZDF it says 1440p but many people are having problems with it displaying the 1440p it promises.
Yes, the Alienware AW2726DM will do true 1440p at 120 Hz on Xbox with zero tricks. It does not have the same issue. Use any Ultra High Speed HDMI cable (HDMI 2.1), the one included with the monitor or with your Xbox is fine.
Does it have Bluetooth? Or for audio, would you need a speaker to plug into the audio output?
The monitor does not include Bluetooth. Audio can be passed from your PC through HDMI or DisplayPort to the monitor and then out through the monitor's 3.5 mm audio/headphone output (audio pass-through).
Is this good for consoles ?
It can be good for consoles but the monitor will be capped at 60Hz because of the HDMI cord.
will it support hdr gaming
Yes. As long as the games support HDR content then absolutely.
I bought this, and using hdmi 2.1 cable on ps5 pro, however it’s always at 60hz no matter what. I tried all the settings and I don’t know how to get it to 120hz
The HDMI cable is what caps the monitor at 60hz. For the monitor to go to its max, you would have to use the display port included with the monitor that is meant for pc.
