A: yes it is, take advantage of their price match I got mine for $600
Q: Does this monitor offer a crosshair overlay?
A: No it does not.
A: It is hard to know. I have an 2080RTX TI FE and I got around 120 FPS while playing Crysis 3 with everything on very high settings. You will get a great monitor which can handle 120 HZ refresh settings. I really recommend this monitor even if you use a GTX1060 because the refresh rate is amazing it doesn't feel the same when you use a regular monitor of 60HZ. Regards

A: No you can only play maximum resolution if you are connected to a desktop if you are connected to a xbox or ps4 you will have black bars on the side because the resolution of the monitor is 3440X1440 but yes sorry you can play at 1440p on this monitors but with black bars on the sides because of the size of the monitor
A: If you buy the warranty they will replace it. If you are asking to peel the screen off and put a new one on you should refer to my sentence above.
