Not only has the GE ultrafast combo solved our issues with an over extended vent run, but it has surpassed all the performance expectations, I had! Very pleased with our purchase. PROS: Ventless, Uses a standard outlet, Saves space in my laundry room, Convenience: Not needing to be at home to transfer clothes into the dryer is a way bigger multi-tasking, time saving benefit, than I imagined it would be! Very pleased with it's performance to both clean & dry clothes. Notifications that detergent & softner is low: helpful. Love that future software updates are added via app. Lots of useful app features. CONS: Purchase price, if there isn't a good sale going on. Heavy: approx. 300+ pounds.

I love my Washer/Dryer it saves on space & it works great, no more having to unload the clothes to put them in the dryer.

The first installers left without leveling it even after I asked and showed them it was off with my own level. Some excuse about it being good the way it was! They left and after looking I realized it was actually tight against the wall and certainly would have caused damage to the unit and the wall given the movement so I called to complain. Not happy given the excitement to try it out! They set an appointment for someone to come out but we had to wait, again disappointed! I had some carpet pad that I was able to wedge in between the wall and washer, not easy given the weight! The new installers showed up per schedule and were incredibly nice, very apologetic and had to pull the unit out, which was not easy but got it perfect and suggested, given the snug space, I put some small pads on the wall in case it moved. Very impressed with both of them and restored our joy in purchasing this beautiful machine. Amazing what a difference a proper attitude can make!

I love my washer dryer combo. I just moved out for the first time and having to take care of my fiancée after being in the hospital/ nursing home for 3 years, We are going through a lot of laundry. I was always terrible about remembering to put the clothes in the dryer and then have to rewash 1-2 times to get the sour smell out. It can take about 3-3.5 hours to do a big load on sanitizing but wonderful I have one less stress.

We had the Best Buy crew come install the washer/dryer combo. They came when they said they would and were in and out quick!

Daniel and Tyler did a great job. They deserve to have an ice cream and pizza party thrown for them!

They unboxed the machine in the parking lot. Dollied the unit up & down stairs in away the I assume damaged the internal balancing, because despite having multiple professional come level the machine, it still viberate the entire house during the spin cycle. Should have considered returning it immediately.

This guy carried my new washer/dryer combo up 18 stairs and installed it like the pros they are. They made it look easy!

I was lured by the energy efficiency and convience of not having to switch laundry from the washer to the dryer. However, this machine has been nothing, but issues. I have dogs and it causes it to clog the drain about every eight loads. If you don't have a pedestal, it's very difficult to drain the tub to unclog it. I'm not sure that the energy efficiency is real. Because the wash dry cycle, it doesn't dry. So I have to run a second dry cycle. Thus mitigating any perceived energy savings. Plus there is alway moisture in my lint trap and almost no lint! I have to vacuum my lint out of the rubber door seal between each load. And now I have water all over my floor and I can't figure out where it's coming from! I mop it up and it appears again yet there is no visable leak that i can find! Definately not worth the price tag! Pictures were taken at the end of an AI wash/dry cycle after i had cleaned out the unit from the previous cycle.

Installation/service is a joke. I had to spend additional money and time to rig a hose together to make this pump where it advertised it would pump to. They were fine with leaving me well over a week without a washer.

This unit is amazing. The ability to put in your clothes and not have to switch to the dryer is a HUGE convenience. My clothes come out clean, the unit works great. It is very easy to use, easy to read the display and fill with detergent. The only downside I am trying to figure how is there is wet lint fibers that accumulate in the silicone liner in the drum seal that is very hard to remove. Not a big deal. It is really compact. I had mine installed in a closet. No more basement steps.

The machine is nice looking and fits lovely in my space. The convenience of loading the laundry once and walking away till it’s complete is better than I imagined. It saves me so much time! I am still getting used the slightly wet feel of the clothes when they come out, but I call it magic, because with a couple shakes, they are dry. The machine is quiet. I would recommend!

LG all in one . this washer dryer combo is perfect for me . Frees up a lot of space , works great looks great !

This is the best washer and dryer I have ever owned. It’s so convenient. No more switching. It takes longer but no switching from the washer to the dryer. No more soap and softener every load. Just throw it in and start it. And you can do all the controls from your phone

Love the ease that it’s a combo and I don’t have to reopen to dry. Very easy for operational. Also you don’t need a pipe going up to your roof for ventilation. Moved into a home that didn’t have a washer and dryer space. Call a service man and charged a lot cuz a vent has to be established through my roof. Saw this combo GE machine and just plugged in and that’s it, no vent needed and no over heating ( which was what I was concerned about). Saved me a lot of $$$

Its awesome so far. It saves time and attention - dont have to worry about adding detergent, softener and transferring to dryer. Its stuff and go
