In less than one month the screen has a line acrossed it. Had to return this frame. I did not expect this to happen so soon considering the price I paid for a decent digital frame.

The picture frame is nice but you need to have the frame sitting low for a good viewing level, otherwise the picture looks washed out. I have about 425 photos loaded in to it and looks like it's showing the same 50 photos over and over again. I checked their website to see if there is any firmware updates and there wasn't any useful there. The buttons on the remote are hard to press. I had to use the buttons on the back of the picture frame to do the setup. If you unplug the power to the frame, it loses its configuration and you will have to do start all over again, so make sure you pick the right spot before you configure it. Also lost the configuration when I connected it back to my computer to add more pictures. Would been nice to have WiFi to add pictures remotely. One of the nice features it has is you can configure an off and on time for the picture frame. It uses a 24 hour clock instead of an 12 hour clock. Plenty of storage space for pictures and movies but until it can show more than the same 50 pictures over and over again, I am not sure I would recommend this picture frame.

Great options on photo frame, my mom just loves it

I was looking for a digital photo frame that was large enough to use for painting from, instead of a computer. I liked the idea of greater portability. The color is good, but a bit less bright than what you see on computers display. It's quite life like, just kicked back a bit.

this digital picture frame has great display. The pictures are great on the screen. Great way for everyone to see family pictures and vacation ones too.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I needed something easy to use as he's not great with technology and this was perfect! I initially set it up for him and showed him how it's used and he was really happy with it. Great quality pictures and sound. The only thing I can say that was alright was the frame color/look. It's like a matte black, I wish it had more of a shine to it or even something like a wood look to it.

Easy to use and set up. Plug in usb with pics and then watch them appear.

I've downloaded my pictures, put this on the kitchen counter, and enjoy watching the display. I sometimes change it to "video's" too. I recommend!

I needed to replace our digital frame and this one had the features and the price point I was looking for. It's easy to use, the picture quality is great and I really like that it easily plays videos and photos. The only con is that I wish it had a random display mode.

This digital photo frame is very easy to use. It is as easy to use and easy to select the photos you want to display. It has descent resolution for a photo viewer. Overall good quality for the money and now we can view family photos all the time!

I had too many pictures that were outdated that I didn't want to take down that was taking up valuable wall space now I can scan the pictures and still enjoy them. If I could only figure out how to make the portrait pictures not turn horizontal when they display in the frame.

I found that the saturation, brightness, and contrast settings were not consistent between numerous pictures, as with my old digital frame. I had to tweak many of the pictures individually so they would display better.

This frame replaced a different photo frame gift for our dad. The first just never worked right, even with two replacement memory cards. This has worked wonderfully, was actually less expensive, and has a great photo transition feature, where the photos morph into the next one in any number of different ways,. So, it's just fun to watch even beyond the photos.

I have thousands of photos uploaded in our desk top and lap tops, they are frequently viewed now in my new frame

Love this frame. I have it at work on my desk. I am not good with electronics but this was very simple to add pictures.

I was so excited when I purchased this digital frame as a birthday gift to my husband. He spent half a day setting it up. Could have been really nice, but the glare that covered more than half the frame was disappointing. I am not a tech savvy and I dont know why there is a continous glare when digital frame is on. We returned it the following day to Best Buy and bought something else.
