How do you get pictures off your phone on it
You need to transfer your photos to a computer and copy them to either a SD memory card or USB flash memory.

Can mire than one picture be displayed at one time
No. This unit will play one photo at a time in slideshow mode.

The frame put photos from my SD card into its hard drive and I am not able to delete photos. Help! I also am unable to play a video even with choosing photo/music/video button.
Video needs to be converted to .avi format. If you have trouble deleting files please contact us at support@aluratek.com. Our tech support can assist you.
