Terrible stove , seal between door and stove is really thin. Then when you use the oven the glass on door makes crackling noise . The stove was under a year old !!

I hate this oven, especially when I compare it to my 24-year old GE that finally gave out. The curved top of the backsplash means I've lost convenient shelf space. The burner grates are about four times heavier than my old grates, and many times over harder to clean. (Don't soak them. They'll rust.) The first time I picked up one of the grates to clean it, I dropped it because it was so heavy. I'm not frail; I simply wasn't expecting that much weight. When it dropped, it took a good chunk of paint off, down to the bare metal. A few days later, my husband did the same thing, with a different burner. So now our practically brand new oven looks like crap. I hope neither of us develop arthritis as we get older. We'll never be able to lift the burners again! The only reason we purchased this one is because we wanted white, rather than stainless steel. Anyone who has shopped for an oven recently knows the choices for white ovens are shocking limited. I honestly don't think Amana considered their customer when they designed this model.

Came with an error code on the display. Geek squad missed the appointment scheduled to fix the range. Still haven't heard back from management to reschedule the repair.

I strongly dont recommend this product. On my second one in 2 months. Burners will not lower to a simmer and oven turns off when temp reaches 350°. 2nd one did samething so I had a professional come out to make sure issuer was not on my side. Seems this brand is not good. Oh and the geayes are warped.

The oven drawer was defective, the Technician that installed the stove said someone would be getting in touch with me and they never did. I had to call Best Buy to get someone back to my home to fix or replace the drawer. After a discussion with a Best Buy employee when decided that the best option was to replace the stove. My stove was delivered on March 20th, now I won't get a replacement until June. Very disappointed with Best Buy!!!

The control board last less than 2 years. Board replacement was very hard to be found. I wouldn't recommend this as a good choice.

Pot slid off grate company unable to change grates because those came with stove electronics on oven are a pain when and purchased a commercial toaster oven for simple use don’t care for complicated electronics of oven would like simple knob every time I bend over range to reach cooking pots on range I catch my clothes on stove knob I am using grates from my old range so cookware doesn’t slid I like to tear out electrical oven reduce size of stove knobs and put this in trash

We purchased Amana Gas Range the end of Nov. In a little over 2 months the glass on the oven door exploded, blowing glass across the kitchen and hitting my wife. I would not recommend purchasing. The appliance cannot be repaired due to there are no replacement parts available. Calls to Best Buy and Manufacture were made with no help.

Don’t BUY THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! I purchased this electronic gas oven in March, the circuit board blew out in September! To make matters worse, they intentionally left the serial number OFF the stickers that appear in 4 places on the unit, to void the warranty of any repairs! Don’t buy this make and model! It’s a scam!!!

Worst stove ever!!!! The display board has broken twice now!! I haven't even had it 2 years!!! When the board breaks ... The oven part will not work ! Worst purchase ever

Had multiple problems with in weeks of having it installed. I ended up having to buy another stove completely because it just kept messing up.

The electric panel system stopped working oven stop working cans operate without the panel.

We have issues with the stove grill tops the pans moves

I brought this product and the oven has a malfunction and it's hard to get to customer service for a repair.

Made poorly ... Grates on top rattle missisig screws on back . Trim doesn't match up . No 3rd rack made poorly, wish i.would've look at it better when purchasing.. Wouldnt recommend.

This stove is cheap and very dangerous !! The grates are absolutely terrible, I strongly suggest choosing a different stove that has cast iron grates, the price may look good but stay far away from this one !! I got rid of it fast and bought a Samsung, this one should be taken off the market !! You’ve been warned !!

Oven never got up temp. Put 400 deg. in it. It took 40 minutes to get to 390. Had a tech come out. He said it needed a oven igniter. This is supposed to be brand new. He said he would call to start an exchange. No one called. I want my money back and I'll got somewhere else---screw Best Buy. Nothing but issues.

I had purchased the amana gas range back in june and it was on back order thats fine I waited then in august we received the stove it worked until November i had to call the gas company because my tenant started to feel dizzy and the carbon monoxide kept going off so i immediately called the gas company came out shut off the gas services i took responsibility and has my tenant sleep in a hotel that night and their hamster dies that morning as well im still waiting to get reimbursed for the 200 the gas company charged me for the services i bought this stove and its been a headache since day one. Im not happy with Best Buy it was manufacture defect i have called Best Buy over 20 times and im still to get reimbursed.

Got this range installed in our new house by developers and its a cheap piece of junk. The flame setting is all the way to low but still the flame remains as if it is on medium. The oven walls eventually got bent with heat and they make clicking sound everytime we use them. I didnt even bother going through their warranty claim since they would send me the same junk but new.
