The range looks beautiful, but after using it just a few times, the cook top glass was all scratched (see photo). And those marks do not go away, even after trying to clean it many times!

I have never in my life bought an appliance until this time that didn’t come with a cord! No mention of it when I purchased that I would need one so if your buying this piece of garbage, be prepared to remove the entire backing , shop for correct prong in this case four prong which I still need to do, very disappointed , I should have been able to take out of box and plug it right in, nope.. so this review is just for that, have no idea how this stove works yet because Of no plug on stove .

Oven seems fine, although it is scratched. Delivery and haul away was terrible. Best Buy communication is set up for failure. I purchased the oven online, hoping it could be delivered without anyone home as there is a code to unlock the door. It was only after purchase that Best Buy made it clear an "adult needs to be home" to "sign" for the delivery. When attempting to call to schedule this, Best Buy outsources their customer service overseas. They attempted delivery with no advanced notice, calling when at the front door before 7am. Rescheduling required several phone calls and waiting on hold. All in all, spending at least 2 hours of my time in coordination, and at no point was I ever given the ability to speak to someone locally where the order was placed and where the delivery was to happen. I had to drive 500 miles one-way to meet the delivery personnel. At that point, they tried to say that they did not have the proper cord to install that day. I pressed them on the issue and thankfully they put the oven in place. However, they tried giving an excuse of why they were unable to install the brackets which screw in the wall. They did adjust the heigh/level. After they left I noticed scratches on the glass stove top. I would give a one-star review, but no one takes those seriously. We ordered the next appliance from Lowe's and the experience was vastly better.

Decent except that you are not able to use a 12" pan on any of the burners. They are all undersized.

The main burners are placed in inconvenient areas. Front left and back right. They are also so small food cooks unevenly. Very disappointed. Unfortunately I didnt realize i passed the exchange window by a couple of days so now I am stuck with this problem especially with Thanksgiving just around the corner. Also, to add i have a $15,000 credit line which i used regularly id say i make purchases on a monthly basis. Chances are no one will even read this review.

If all you need is eye candy this is it. I do a lot of cook-top cooking. The wattage is not powerful enough to cook properly - no frying here. Even boiling takes a long time.

Have not gotten the stove. Still waiting and it’s back ordered. Lots of confusing information on when it is coming, how long on back order, etc. and Best Buy keeps asking me to set a delivery date for a stove they don’t have.

The cooktop is of poor quality. Upon the 3rd use of cooking on the stove top, it appears that an inner layer separated. It doesn't look good at all and it's brand new.

It looks nice and is a cheap oven, and was all we could afford because no one really wants to sink a fortune into a stove. Overall it's just cheap. It takes FOREVER to boil water on the larger burners, I'm talking 20+ minutes. If I'm using a large pot to make pasta, I have to cover it with a lid (and still wait 20+ minutes) otherwise it won't boil at all.

I like the stove but not the smooth surface glass top, anything spills on it, makes it look horrible. This stove was designed to boil water only, no cooking. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the stove. To me it's just a looker. I've even got Bar help, and tried to get the small stain out, and it just won't come out. IMO i believe that these are remanufactured stoves, that BB just repainted, and resold.

Installers showed up in truck too large, and they refused to put range on dolly to bring to apartment. They said they would come back in a few days, but didn't. Had to re-schedule, next available a week later. Next visit, installers discovered old range was hard-wired, so could not install. Would have been good if BB notified and emphasized clearly that an electrical outlet was required. Had to re-schedule, next available yet another week later. On installation day, dispatch called and said they only had large truck (same problem as before), and could not make it that day. Dispatch said they would call back later in the day to re-schedule for a few days later, but never called back. I had to re-schedule, next available yet ANOTHER week later. Finally got it installed.., OVER A MONTH LATER. Had no range this entire time.
