Got this to replace my beautiful google nest max hub because its not available anymore needed a large screen because my vision is terrible and i used my nest hub like a giant alarm clock that i could see without my glasses on. You can not have a full screen clock amazon hasnt figured that function out apparently. The ambient light doesnt work properly either. Not worth the price

In the meantime, you can try saying "Alexa, show me a clock" or exploring the Clock face options under Settings > Home & Clock > Clock. While not truly full-screen, some clock faces do maximize the display size and may be easier to see without glasses.
Regarding the ambient light sensor, we'd suggest checking under Settings > Display > Adaptive Brightness to ensure it's toggled on. If it's already enabled and still not responding correctly, a quick restart (hold the power button for 10 seconds, then turn back on) can sometimes recalibrate the sensor.

Volume levels: Sometimes clarity improves at moderate volume levels rather than very low or maximum volume
Placement: The device's spatial audio works best when it's not placed too close to walls or in corners where sound can become muffled
Content source: Audio quality can vary depending on the source (music streaming services, video calls, etc.)
