A: I have owned this device for 3 months. In my experience, I get about 3-4 weeks use on a charge. It is even less if you are traveling long distances.

A: The Amber tracking device prices posted on Best Buy include a service plan/software subscription which grants access to both the mobile app (iOS, Android) and the companion desk top web app. You will need to renew the service plan/subscription only at the one-year anniversary of your purchase.
