I had the squad reconfigure my receiver. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and how efficient they were. Both of the techs work well together and had the receiver working as good as new. They also took time to reconfigure my remote controls to only have to use just one. I won’t use anyone else to work on my equipment. I see a large tv in my future and the Geek Squad will be the only tech’s that will install it. Very Pleased.

Ethan was very knowledgeable in what had to be done and completed the set up adjustment with no Problem .
the guys were extremely helpful. they got the job done quickly and without problems. they explained to me in simple terms what the issue was and how they fixed it. they were very nice and professional and also gave me advice, recommendations on to what to do in case anything could happen

I ran into trouble setting up my new home entertainment amplifier. Hit a brick wall, so I called in the Geek Squad. Two guys came out, told me I'd done everything properly, but missed one small step - a step I didn't even realize I missed, and even if I'd known about it, had no idea how to do it - and then proceeded to fix me up in less than fifteen minutes. Then they went the extra mile and did things I could easily have done myself. When they left, my music was playing, and I was a happy camper.

JD and his partner are awesome Geek Squad technicians. They are definitely knowledgeable, professional, and well-versed in what they do. Most importantly, they are great representatives of Best Buy, are very helpful, friendly, and help you understand your technology. Always appreciate all their help, this is not their first visit, and they do great work every time. Highly recommend JD and his team and the entire Geek Squad experience.

The agents set up my LG Ole55 and my Denon amplifier. They did a good job. In hindsight, I developed so many questions that may have been lessened had we spent some additional time going over just the basics rather than a speedy version of the basic mechanics. They knew what they were doing.

The Geek squad made our setup of the TV and sound system look very easy. I know firsthand that from previous setups that I would have spent numerous hours performing the same setup. They were on time and before leaving they made sure we totally understood all the systems and how they worked.

The agent installed a volume control knob for my outdoor speakers. When he first installed the control knob one of the speakers was not functioning. The agent patiently troubleshoot the system until he found the problem.

They were able to reset my t v to make sure that it would work with the speakers that I have. They were extremely courteous and and professional. However in spite of all they did the store staff was totally incompetent and what I was looking for and tried to sell me something that I. didn't want. Your sales personnel in the store need to have more training and be able to listen to what the customer is asking for.

The Geek Squad did as much as anyone can to fit a new receiver into an old system. Once installed, the system worked fin for the most part.

The Geek Squad technicians mounted my TV & connected all my components. They did an excellent job & everything looks & sounds great.
