Wildly popular Colombian singer-songwriter and model for the clothing brand Army of Peace and Love, Andres Cuervo's latest single, InchAsi Fue,Inch is an updated cover of the classic 1988 Isabel Pantoja hit, which was written and produced by the legendary Mexican singer-songwriter Juan Gabriel. Nine years after the song was originally released, Gabriel performed a live cover version of the song, which was released as a single and reached number three on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart. It was the best-performing Latin single of 1998 in the US and won the ASCAP Latin Award for InchSuper Song of the YearInch in 1999. Today, InchAsi FueInch is considered one of Juan Gabriel's very best compositions. Taking his cue from the great maestro, Cuervo has just recorded an updated version of the song, live in July of 2021 - both as a tribute and testament to the great composer. Because the song has aged so well and gained such great popularity over the years, Cuervo's new version is destined to make InchAsi FueInch a huge hit for a new generation. Cuervo released his first studio album, Tras de Ti, in 2008 - which garnered great critical acclaim and spawned a No. 1 hit in Mexico.
