Q: What is the amp power out of each usb
A: It is rated at 3 amps total so it depends on how much your device draws. We were able to charge 2 iPhones with no issues.

A: Yes it is more then enough.

Q: In 30 min how much percentage would an iPhone with everything on location everything bright low ?
A: Not too sure if I understand the question here but when I went down to Atlanta last week with the phone on and GPS, i started at around 40% and eventually went up to 68%, it should be noted that I had my hotspot, Bluetooth and brightness up to half.
Q: Does this charger activate Samsung's "fast charge" feature (AFC)?
A: Yes it does. I have a Note 8 and ir shows "Fast Charging" when I'm using this.
