Questions & Answers
What is the output voltage of the charger
Answered by Anker TeamThe Anker USB‑C Charger Block 20W (Nano Pro) provides the following output voltages via USB‑C Power Delivery (PD): 5V ⎓ 3A (15W) 9V ⎓ 2.22A (20W) 12V ⎓ 1.67A (20W) (optional on some versions) The charger automatically negotiates the correct voltage based on the connected device. For most smartphones, it outputs 9V at 20W for fast charging. It does not support variable voltage higher than 12V (like laptops). This is a single‑port charger.
Is this MFI-certified?
Answered by Anker TeamThe Anker USB-C Charger Block 20W (Nano Pro) is not explicitly mentioned as MFi (Made for iPhone/iPad) certified. MFi certification is typically applied to cables or accessories meant to work seamlessly with Apple devices, particularly those using Lightning connections. For chargers, compatibility and safety often rely on standards like Power Delivery (PD) and proprietary technologies like Power IQ 3.0, which the Nano Pro utilizes. The mentioned product also includes ActiveShield technology for enhanced safety, ensuring reliable compatibility with various devices, including iPhone series. However, MFi certification is not applicable in this case for the charger itself. If you are looking for an MFi-certified product, it would typically refer to cables designed for Lightning devices.
