When folded, the Murphy bed transforms into a cabinet measuring 89.7" x 84" x 15.7". The bed and side cabinet are integrated into one unit, with storage side cabinets on both sides – each featuring 5 storage compartments for books, clothes, and other necessities. This design frees up floor space, making it ideal for multi-purpose guest rooms, home offices, or home gyms.
Crafted from high-quality materials with exquisite workmanship, including MDF, solid wood bed slats, and metal bed supports. The bed frame hardware is wear-resistant, rust-proof, and corrosion-resistant, ensuring sturdiness and durability. The support structure consists of 26 solid wood multi-layer support slats with a maximum load capacity of up to 1,100 lbs.
The linked automatic feet automatically hover, buffer when landing, and operate quietly and safely when unfolded. The two-stage assist hydraulic rod provides intelligent buffering to prevent sudden drops and supports over 30,000 uses. A mattress strap keeps the mattress from shifting, while bed frame stoppers prevent tilting inward after folding.
The Murphy bed accommodates most standard large-sized mattresses (8–10 inches thick, 80–90 lbs, 60" x 80"). Note: Mattress not included; do not use with a spring bed. The two side cabinets with 5 compartments each provide ample storage space, keeping your room organized and clutter-free.
To avoid injury risks, the bed must be installed on the wall structure by professionals or qualified personnel. Assembly requires 2–4 people. Clear instructions and tools are provided. Note: Do not fix on plaster walls or foam brick walls. Do not use with children or pets weighing less than 50 lbs (22.7 kg). Contact us for assistance with any questions.
