Haven’t had a power outage yet to test. This was reasonably priced for the number of surge protected outlets and easy to set up.

if you are a heavy video game player or just watching movies , this will save you a lot of frustration !! ; this has more than enough juice to finish your movie or get you to a saving point in your video game ; with the usb ports , you can keep your cell phone , tablets , etc charged as well : )

The other day I had to run out for some quick errands. I returned about 30 minutes later to discover that a power outage had occurred. No, wait, one of the circuit breakers must've tripped because my PC was still on. I checked the breaker box downstairs, everything looked fine. What gives? That's when I realized my whole neighborhood had lost power, but my PC was still running thanks to my APC - Back-UPS 850VA Battery Back-Up System. I thought it would only supply 1-2 minute's worth, but this had to be a good 5-10, maybe more. I was able to shut down the system in an orderly fashion with no disruption. The darn UPS worked so well I didn't even realize it was the reason my PC was still up. How about that.

This is my second APC Backup and this one is lighter with more plugs. The profile is smaller and just as powerful. Easy instructions to install, went smoothly.

I like this battery back up a lot. It's small size is a plus. I really like the 2 USB charging ports.

I bought this primarily for the small outages we get get here in Hawaii. I have my TiVo, router and other network gear on it. Kicks in seamlessly.

This works well for my cable modem and router. The USB plug accommodate charging a phone or plug ins like Alexa.

I've had many APS backups over the years but APC has had the most reliable and solid systems. No frills over what you need for great protection. Replaceable batteries.
