I returned this unit, because it does not have the ability to talk to my computer and shut it down incase of a power problem. This was not a good unit for my purposes.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about our BVN900M1 UPS. The Model number tells us that this is part of a value line model that prioritizes price point and only has basic features that does not include a communication port. The equivalent unit to that has the communication port is the BE850G2.

Worked only for a day. Started giving an annoying continuous alarm even if there was no power surge or outage. No way to stop the alarm. So, returned back to the store. Manual was not much of help.

Impossible to replace battery (sealed unit), no USB connectivity to alert your computer of a low battery condition during power outage. APC is kinda losing my loyalty after this one

The box arrived falling apart. I could see that the battery inside had been tumbling inside the box. At this point I'm not sure if there is damage to actual product, but it is beyond my comprehension why you would send your product with such carelessness.
