I wanted to like this APC Backups pro 1350va but it was not to be. I woke up to solid beeping sound and was able to clear it using the power button, however then the UPS failed to turn off not to mention my home lab and DNS servers had both shutdown without warning. NOT GOOD! I had to perform a Brain Dead reset on the 1350VA. This involves unplugging the unit and all devices, unplugging the battery. Not a good sign for such a new device. I researched F02 errors on Google and Reddit. Though my F02 error was not accompanied by the smell of burnt electronics (blown transistor) I decided not to wait for the next shoe to drop and to return the 1350VA and try another brand. Best Buy was very helpful with my return. I'll definitely bring my business back to them in the future. Sorry Schneider Electric/APC's owner you've lost my business.

The unit was easy to setup and initially worked well. The long-haul experience has been that it repeatedly needs to be disconnected from the devices and the power source then reset.

Just google this product and the word Chirp... It makes a constant rhythmic chirping noise that will eventually drive you mad.

Not impressed. It works fine until it doesn't. Won't turn on whatever troubleshooting steps that I take.

I bought this for my aunt in Houston Texas and it wasn’t even charged all the way she needed for her foster children for oxygen

Thanks for your feedback Tammy. Just a reminder, all of our UPS units does not come with fully charged battery, but would have around 70-80% charge in them. Lastly, our UPS units are not recommended to be used with life support equipment or direct patient care.
