I bought an iPad from Best Buy online, and they sent the wrong charging cord. When I contacted customer service, instead of just sending the correct one, they told me I had to either return the whole iPad or go to the store to replace the cord. So I went to Best Buy Southaven, and what did they offer me? A used, dirty white cord pulled from deep under the counter—not even new and definitely not what I paid for. Meanwhile, I’ve read other reviews where people had this same issue and were just sent a brand-new correct cord, no problem. So why am I being treated differently? This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable. I expected better from Best Buy.
