The item I ordered was dirty upon arrival. There is ear wax in the headphones. I’ve called customer support and the only resolution for this issue is to just return them. It is disgusting and quite frankly unacceptable for an item that is certified to be refurbished and in like new condition to arrive to a customer with another person’s bodily secretions on it. It is even worse that the customer support team really doesn’t seem to care that this happened, offering only an “I’m sorry” and “You’re within the return timeframe, just take it to your local store and exchange it. “

The packaging box is like garbage. The earphones I received have been opened. There are many scratches inside. There is no manual. New earphones should have a new plastic cover, but this one does not have one.

I get complaints that whoever I’m on the phone with cannot hear me.

I just got bought these and they consistently randomly disconnect. Often they sound too static-y to actually be able to hear anything. I can tell they are used and if someone else did not want them anymore, it’s probably for good reason. The likely hood is they are not functioning or only semi functioning.

Ear wax and hair was inside the refurbished unit. Im not sure how this passed quality control but disgusting to say the least. They couldnt replace due to not keepinf refurbished in-store so I paid the additonal for new.

Terrible fitting buds. Fall out all the time. Don't connect well on calls. Grrrrrrrrrr

Sound quality is terrible, they’re uncomfortable and they do not conform/fit your ears at all, so you hear lots of background noise. I returned them and went with Beats Studio buds, they’re solid.

After i got message that package was deliverd i never got my package then i open case to find my package and they just told me to go to police and didnt return my money. Worst experience

Open box would not do it. I was being cheap and got them and they don’t connect for no longer than 10 minutes Apple can’t find an issue. And I can no longer return the product.

Did not turn on, was a little dirty. Waste of time. Waste of money. Had to return them and get refunded. Refurbished is not better nor worth it for $20 off.

I ordered them on Tuesday and they were supposed to be deliverd on friday and its now Saturday still nothing they also give a inaccurate tracking keep getting my order delayed,however I cant really rate the quality because they still don’t arrive.

I don’t like this item because it doesn’t work and I tried to return it bout a Pass return of the day

low in sound and poor performance. looks like this is returned piece and not repaired properly.
