Over all, I found them heavy and bulky. The rods that hold the earphones to the mesh headbands are steel, very heavy. The headphones by themselves are large, which I guess is good if you have humungous ears. I found it let in noise and also slipped front to back on my head. I was excited about these headphones as I own almost every apple product and often upgrade but held back as first Gen's usually have problems. So I waited for all the kinks to be worked out, I guess I will be waiting a bit longer!

Great price but they came defective and I had to take them to Apple Service

I was super excited about these headphones, but I was let down. The noise cancellation feature is great, and the sound is average. BUT they are very heavy and started to hurt my ears/jaw after 5 minutes of having them on. For the price, I wouldn’t waste your money. I’m sure there are better alternatives, and I will be sticking to my sony earbuds. Hope this helps!

Great looking headphone. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the sound for $500 headphone. The Noise cancellation is amazing, but the sound is not great. Volume doesn't go that high, bass is not too strong, and random popping and crackling noises when ANC is on. I wanted to love them, but for $500 these were not worth it in my opinion.

Unfortunately I had to return the headphones the day after receiving them in the mail. The quality of the headphones were exceptional without a single scuff or scratch and they came with all accessories. BUT (and this is a big but) the headphones were still linked to the previous owner’s Apple ID. Because of this, easily switching between Apple devices (MacBook, iPhone and iPad), which is one of the main features of why I wanted these AirPods, was not possible. Additionally, I would not be able to add the AppleCare warranty. These were deal breakers for me and I had to return the headphones. The geek squad member in store was kind and was happy to help me complete the return.

Normal wear and use and have been having issues with connecting for about 6 months. Expected longer use from this product before having to replace them.

I purchased this through refurbished through Best Buy. I would expect the quality level of the product to be a higher degree, but the box came back really beat up, there was dust inside the packing of the AirPods box, and when I tried to connect my AirPods to my Find My, it shakes the previous owners did not disconnect so I was unable to connect to my own. That was one of the main reasons I purchased in the first place and I had to return immediately. It was one of my first times purchasing through Geeksquad and I think it will be one of my last as well.

not very good! of course they’re cute, but that was about it. i got these so i could have two pairs of headphones, but these were just uncomfortable and the sound was not good. they were too big and noise cancellation was bad, i got a headache after wearing them for 1 hour. i have the newest air pod pros and those are miles better and very comfortable.

They are nice but sometimes there is this loud wind noise in the earcups when i have it on transparency mode or noise canceling mode. Other than that they sound great. I recommend you buy new ones instead of refurbished

Always having problems connecting to my phone , everytime I try to auto connect they never connect

They are just ok. The price is to high for the product, the sound is great but the noise cancellation is not for taking calls no one could hear me clear making and taking calls.

They never seemed to really work, believe it was an Apple issue

Size was too big and the case was horrible. No ofv button either and mine came with scratches…

For the price, the audio quality is poor. It's very thin - there's basically no bass at all. There isn't a good way to customize the EQ either: Apple's built in EQ customizer on iOS doesn't persist those settings on your headphones when using it with other devices, and the tuning options are very limited. Even bass boost doesn't add much bass

Extremly dissapointed with the microphone. Can`t fathom a pair of such expensive headphones to have such a terrible microphone. Teams / Zoom calls are horrible. Of course, I only noticed this while being in a louder environment and ONLY TWO Days after my return window closed. I would have not kept these...

It wasn’t as much noise canceling as I would like. You would also hear my music outside the headphones. This might have been simply because they were refurbished.

While they were able to pair to my phone and play audio, the pair that I got was paired with someone else's Apple ID, and Find My did not work, and I had to return them (which was a relatively painless process). Just beware that this may happen to you when buying a refurbished unit!

When I received the item everything was okay but I had some issues Firstly the item came connected to someone else’s Apple ID which was very strange if it was looked over and cleaned by geek squad then I went to return it in store and they couldn’t because of the iCloud that wasn’t mine and now I have to wait 2 weeks just to get my money back and order a new one

Yes, they are pretty, they look good. However, for the money I expected to be blown away and that was not the case here. The battery life is abismal especially for headphones that big and that expensive. I also found the noise cancelling to be ok, not great. I ended up returning them.
