The AirPods Max are undeniably a fantastic product. The sound quality is exceptional, with rich, immersive audio that truly elevates the listening experience. The noise cancellation feature is top-notch, effectively blocking out distractions and creating a serene environment, whether I'm commuting or just relaxing at home. Comfort-wise, they fit perfectly and feel great even during extended use. However, looking back, I do wish I had chosen a different color. While the shade I picked is sleek and stylish, I find myself admiring other colors that better match my personal style. It’s a minor regret, considering how outstanding the headphones are in performance, but it’s taught me to consider aesthetic preferences a bit more carefully next time. Overall, the AirPods Max are a brilliant investment, and despite the color choice, I’m thoroughly pleased with their quality.

Bought these during Black Friday as my FIRST time buying a Best Buy refurbished item and I’m definitely impressed!!! The AirPods Max were picked up in store for extra safety since it’s the holiday season and everything was included as advertised. The box seemed new (as seen in picture below), the headphones didn’t even seemed used. They looked and felt perfectly new! No damages, no dents, no tears on the fabric, no stains! The AirPods Max connected with my iPhone flawlessly. Luckily it was not connected to another Apple account so it was ready for use without any hassle. A huge bonus was that the Apple limited warranty was still available for 9 months. I have been using them while traveling outside of the U.S and must say they are perfect for use inside a plane. As an example, the airline stewardess was speaking over me and to the person sitting to my right and I did not hear a word that was exchanged by them. Noise canceling and comfort in flights are the main reason I bought these and they’re beyond perfect. I highly recommend the refurbished option and hopefully you receive a great quality item as I did!

the space gray airpod max’s are really good even when refurbished. the box was a little beat up , but i got a new charger cable and the headphones and headphone case was in perfect condition and felt new. the battery life is amazing, and i find myself using these headphones all the time every day, and are amazing for peaceful walks or studying in a library where it might not always be completely silent. i’m a university student, so people aren’t always very quiet in destined quiet spaces. it does cancel out a lot of noise when im riding in buses, which makes a lot of my day to day experiences very pleasurable! i recommend getting refurbished headphones if you’re on a bit of a tighter budget and you trust best buy or apple to give you the best quality of refurbished items.

Just the best sounding option out there in my opinion. As an all-Apple user of course you may say I’m biased but you can’t beat the seamlessness of their products is hard to beat. I wouldn’t wear them to go out running because they slip and and get crazy sweaty, especially if you have silicone guards over the earpieces. I also love how you can interchange the colors with accessories. The only criticism I have is they’re always on until you put them in the case or get an aftermarket stand. What this means is they’re in low power mode so the battery will drain much slower. I would much rather have preferred an on/off button. Got mine refurbished and they look and work perfectly.

At first, I was afraid of buying a refurbished product regarding its condition, even though paying less for that. I was expecting scrathes all over the Airpods Max and clear marks of use. Gladly, I was surprised with the pristine condition of this product. No sings of use at all, looking like brand-new Airpods that just came directly from Apple, including in its original box. No issues at all with the product’s functioning. Working perfectly. Finally, another shocking surprise was when setting up the Airpods Max and I noticed that this item is still covered by limited warranty from Apple for the next 7 months. So, if any unexpected issue happens, just run to the closest Apple store. Amazing brand-new Airpods for the price of refurbished.

Great headset. Sits over yours very comfortably. Super soft leather. Excellent sound quality even tho they were refurbished. Came in original box. Only minus was that they were already connected to an Apple ID. So I had to go thru the steps of setting it back to default settings.

Absolutely love the sound quality I was concerned about the weight when using long term but haven’t been a problem and find them very comfortable

AirPod Max, they're pretty slick. The sound is legit awesome - clear highs, solid mids, and that bass hits just right. Plus, noise cancellation? Works like a charm. They're comfy too, even for long listening sessions. But yeah, they're on the pricey side. If you're down to splurge though, these babies are worth it!

If you can get them for a good price, don’t even think about it, get them, the build quality its exceptional, doesn’t feel plastic like all the others in the market, kind of heavy but not a big problem for me, sound quality and ANC 10/10.

I was so nervous getting these i took a chance amd im so glad i did. It worth ever penny .it brand new basically i don’t see any marks scuffs or anything like tjat but 100 something dollars cheaper not going to lie I cancelled my order and cancelled again because im so nervous bit it a 10 out of 10 recommend if I could give it 100000 starts i would . To the negative comments i don’t know what happen wotu them dont get scared when you see them because honestly i was to . The only complaint i can think of is the headphones didn’t come fully charged but i also i jave to say this I think it normally because even when you get bramd new pair they dont come charge and they smell brand new

The AirPods Max arrived in pristine condition—no visible wear, no issues, and they work flawlessly. They sound just as amazing as a brand-new pair, with excellent noise cancellation and spatial audio. Plus, the full 12-month warranty gave me peace of mind. The only downside? Still using a Lightning cable instead of USB-C. Not a dealbreaker, but a bit outdated for a premium device. Overall, if you're considering a refurbished AirPods Max, go for it! You get top-tier quality at a bargain price.

So far so good! I saw some really bad reviews AFTER I purchased but before I received so I was little worried but they look and work great. It was definitely a more affordable option which I appreciate.

Real nice for a refurbished Noise cancellation is better on the pro tbh but yea it’s good and I love it Transparency mode is perfect too Came with a charger and instructions too

I waited for these!!! Didn't want to pay full retail and the black Friday discount wasn't that great. So sure enough as I anticipated folks who got them for Christmas that did not like them would be bringing back NEW headphones and thise will be discounted heavily. These were in the original package NOT 1 cosmetic flaw and were not attached to an iCloud account. Charged them turned them on and the headphones did the rest. Cinnected to my phone and iCloud account. Always remember 1 week after the extended return deadline for gidts ends come back and check out the geek squad refurbished for rhe DEALS.

My light blue AirPods Max arrived today. Zero scratches, clean as a whistle, sound is fantastic and zero connectivity issues! The AirPods Max are definitely worth getting and I would highly recommend them to friends and family!! Mine were over $200 less than buying new! It even came in the original box and the manufacturer warranty still has 5 months time left on it!!
