Q: Do these come in original packaging and with the different silicone ear pieces?
A: Mine came slightly dirty, in original packaging, and contained everything except medium eartips, even though all parts are supposed to be there (according to BestBuy).
A: No, just purchased a pair of these, they are not showing eligible for AppleCare. Also, my TotalTech membership did not automatically enroll AppleCare on the pair I purchased. Kind of a bummer
Q: Do the airpods come guaranteed to be disconnected from the previous owner?
A: Not necessarily. We had ordered 2 pair of these and one of them came already disconnected and the other didn't. It was not a big deal to get them reset and pair them with my son's phone though.
Q: are these apple airpods pro 2nd generation refurbished means pre-owned or opened box?
A: Yup they just mean someone brought it back and they repaired them
Q: Can AppleCare be purchased with these refurbished AirPods Pro 2nd gen.
A: Depends on the original purchase date. I tried to get it and it wouldn’t let me but the 1 year warranty is still in effect until October 2023
