Like new
Very good condition. Like new. But it was just in a plastic bag. Last time we bought refurbished phone in the plastic box, it was nicer.

Disappointing!!
Disappointing, i know this is refurbished but the battery life has a max charge to only 70 percent, there are a few huge deep scratches in the screen and the memory doesn't seem correct.

Where is my adapter
Phone arrived in adequate packaging (protected) It looks new! The box contents: iPhone, charging cable only. There was no adapter for the wall. When you spend hundreds... you should get a complete set; refurbished or otherwise. While I recommend the item, I also recommend Best Buy include adapters!
