The phone came in a plain box with the wrong charging cable. The phone is in good condition, I will be connecting with Best Buy for a replacement cable.

I normally don’t give reviews right after my purchase, I like to give it some time in order to get a good feel of the product. However, the phone was received in basically new condition- everything functional. Loved it so much got a 2nd one so far both are one of the “Best Buys” I ever made!

Pirchased thos ohone for my mom and she loved the color. Upgraded her from a 7 plus so she was very pleased with all the new features.

Phone was in mint condition, however the phone was not unlocked like it was supposed to be and I had to do a ton of running around for no reason. Best Buy should check these first before they are sent to their warehouse.

Transfer from my old phone a nightmare. Told to go to Geek Squad and they would set it up. Told there , that I needed an apointment. No one else there. Very rude person working at Geeksquad.
