DONT BUY REFURBISHED
Do t buy Best Buy refurbished the battery came defective they stated they would have someone reach out to me to make it right but no one ever contacted me

DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I ordered this phone and received a wrong phone which was not even iPhone 12 of any kind. it was a very old iPhone 11, which I returned. Best buy store refused to take it BACK, and asked me to send it back thru UPS. Not recommended at all.
