Product came with very minor scratches on the screen but nonetheless looks brand new! I did purchase this locked to Verizon(only because I have Verizon and the locked one was cheaper than the unlocked one) however, they sent me an unlocked iPhone! Hey I’m not complaining though lol just helps me if I ever leave Verizon as my carrier. My only problem was that the product came in little ziplock bag taped to a piece of cardboard and placed into a pretty big box…. It would have been nice if they packaged it a little nicer but hey I’m buying refurbished so I guess I’m just getting what I’m paying for. Over all decent experience. Phone is working amazing and was a nice upgrade from my iPhone SE2.

Condition was perfect. On startup, battery life is listed as 100% and has zero signs of use astatically. Frame had no dings or scratches and the front/back glass were as clean as a new, factory sealed, phone. Would consider a refurb again.

Charging cord does not work. Cord from old Iphone6 works fine.
