I really love this phone, the color is amazingly beautiful it’s like a navy blue color. It looks brand new and it’s a referb. Whoever takes care of these phones is doing an amazing job.

THIS IS A SCAM. Don’t buy this. They sent me a 13 with fairly poor batterty health. Its chipped and has a similar battery charge time to my iPhone 8! They shipped without much protection. It was just taped to a piece of foam and loose in the box. Customer service refused to send a replacement until I sent the 13 back, but I’ve already gotten rid of my old phone, so I need the 13 to set up the new phone. They continue to lie saying I’ll get the 14 tomorrow and now the expected delivery is potentially after I’m no longer eligible to return the 13. The customer service reps essentially told me they think I’m going to steal the 13 I never even wanted. I purchased new from apple and will never set foot in a Best Buy again. As soon as the apple phone arrives Im returning this phone. All of phone have been referbished from Best Buy, but its clear the service has changed.

Ordered this to replace my 13 year olds phone. Supposed to be ATT, but the sim is locked. ATT couldn’t unlock it. Had to do an IMEI search to find its a TMobile device. They wont unlock it because the old owner ows them money.
