I had the iPhone 8s+ prior to this phone. It’s a world of difference! Better screen, faster speed, better pictures, but it still has the big screen and ease of use that I expect from my iPhone.

I upgraded my iPhone 6 to this iPhone 12. This phone is much improved, bigger screen, better speaker, more memory, better camera with zoom. Battery life is 3x better than my old one.

I love my phone. It’s fast and takes awesome pics. It’s very light weight. I upgraded from a X and glad I did !! I want think my husband should upgrade now as well !!

Love the quality of the camera. Its light weight. Using old charger is a bit slower but battery last longer.

The phone is a nice size, easy and comfortable to hold. The display is brilliant and beautiful. I love that the Control Center allows me quick access to tools like the flashlight and brightness control on the locked screen. Face ID is so easy to use. My favorite feature is assigning the screenshot action to the double-tap on the back of the phone. Two hands are no longer required. And being able to continue to use all of the Google apps I have used for over a decade is wonderful. The iPhone 12 is a great phone.

Love the color, size is perfect, not heavy, camera so clear

I love my Iphone! I have been android user for over 15 years and this is the first time that I tried iOS and I am loving it! Thought I would miss android but no, took me couple of weeks to navigate through iOS and now it's piece of cake. Very easy to use and love the battery life, 2-3 days sometimes, WOW, just WOW!

Easy to use, good battery life, fast and responsive, packed with features that will keep you entertained. It does some things better than Android and viceversa. It's pretty good, iMessage is the best thing in it, something Android can't do as well as the iPhone.

As far as I know the phone is good, I love all the features. I am still learning a lot and may take an Apple class. I was able to figure some things out myself; the user guide is helpful too. The size is practical, easy to hold and large enough. Speed is fast.

This Apple iPhone 12 is great and it was worth the wait for it to arrive. It’s fairly easy to use and takes good photos. It’s easy to hold and the screen is bright and easy to read.

The iPhone 12 is lightweight and easy to use. It has many features that I haven't even started to explore.

I was hesitant to upgrade from my iPhone 11 since it did everything that I needed. But I did it anyway and I’m glad I did. Apple finally gave us an OLED screen on these non-pro models and it’s so nice. Another thing was the 11 was so heavy! This is smaller and lighter. Much better than the 11. Great phone.

Enjoying new phone. Increased speed to bring sites up nice. Everything in old calendar didn’t transfer. Have had two instances when someone called and could not hear me answer. Sleep button hard to press at times.

Phone is fast and light weight. But the camera is ‘odd’ as it takes long time to focus and then take the photo. Photos are blurry more often than not.

The red is stunning in person! Love the phone, gets me through the day on one charge and camera takes great pictures.

Love my new phone. It’s an upgrade from the iPhone 6S so the difference is astounding. The camera is wonderful. Initially I was annoyed about having to purchase the air pods but I must say they are life changing. Last but not least the service at the Watertown, MA store is always great. Caleb got me completely set up and walked me through the whole process. He was fantastic. This is why I shop at Best Buy. The customer service can’t be beat.

Love the 5G. Very fast. Easy to transfer data from old phone(7 plus). Just wished it came with headphones
