This was an upgrade from an iPhone 7. The changes in battery life and reception were a necessity, but the improvements with the camera are fantastic! I didn’t realize how my photos could be so much better until I got this phone. The 5G is a really nice feature as well. The soft green color shines through the protective case that I got.

Love this blue color! Upgraded from an iPhone eight. I can really tell a difference. The size is perfect. Having a face ID is fantastic. The only downside is with trying to unlock the phone with Face ID while wearing a mask sure doesn’t work! You can see in the photo that I chose a clear case with white lace pattern.

Fabulous upgrade from the iPhone 7 Plus. Relatively durable and drop resistant but seems to scratch somewhat easily but this phone feels so sturdy and good in the hand and has been a pleasure to use. I don't know why but using this phone feels like I am peeking into the future.

Had no previuos damage to phone until i dropped it 2 feet in WaWA. See the pictures. Its not possible that anything other than a hardware issue can basically make my phone explode from a 2 foot drop with the otterbox case , zagg premium glass shield on the new iphone 12.

I like all the choices Apple has with this year’s iPhone line and it was a hard choice in deciding which one I wanted! This is my second iPhone after the XR. What drew me to the 12 was the OLED screen, already great cameras from seeing reviews, blue color, 5g and how lightweight the phone is! I decided the extra camera and stainless steel frame weren’t enough to get me to a Pro. This phone is much easier to hold versus my previous XR with its lighter body and smaller frame but keeping the same size screen! The MagSafe accessories are nice as I got the silicone MagSafe case and MagSafe charger.

The new iPhone 12 is a very user friendly. It is small enough to carry comfortably in your pocket. It also feels good in your hand. I upgrade from an 8 and it took me about an half hour to discover how cool this phone is. It is fast, intuitive, and has a great camera. It really is an advanced phone. My experience with the Best Buy staff was excellent too. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me through the process to gain an $800 buyback so my new phone only cost me $50 in tax.

This phone is a replacement to my iPhone 7, which lasted 4 years and running. I couldn’t resist upgrading to the iPhone 12, the camera quality is amazing compared to the 7. I take a ton of pictures so the camera quality was huge. Other than that, it’s the same phone with a better battery and has 5G. Definitely worth the buy

I upgraded to the iPhone 12 from the iPhone 7 Plus. My old phone was starting to slow down in certain areas, as well as lose battery faster than usual. My battery issues are solved but nothing else has really changed. If anything, I actually notice more trouble with calls being disconnected. Additionally, I get lag with my Bluetooth headphones that I did not have on my previous phone. Positive outcomes from my upgrade include a much better camera, more storage, larger screen, and (in my opinion) a better lock button position. I know the last point is very subtle but it counts as an upgrade, to me.

Fast. Easy setup. Thin. Great camera. Light. Great screen.

While there are four models in Apple's lineup, the iPhone 12 is the best iPhone for most people and one of the best phones you can buy period. It has an attractive design, full 5G connectivity, good cameras and better performance than any Android phone.

Bought this phone for two main reasons - 5G capability and trade-in deal for current AT&T customers. However, I have been surprised by the battery life (much better than my iPhone X) as well as the speed of the device. Really a big improvement over the old phone.

So far, my phone has not disappointed. It is easy to use. When I have had an issue, I was able to figure it out, without contacting customer service. I am pleased with the size of the screen, and the photographs are much better than the ones taken on my previous iPhone. So far, I am very pleased.

The display is nice to look at and I can say the same a couple years later. The camera could be better especially with zoom quality but still, it does the job. The battery is great for the first two years of daily use but it starts to deteriorate after that.

New iPhone 12, faster than my old iPhone 8. Pictures are awesome, new battery last a lot longer than my previous iPhone, although it was 3 years old. Glad I didn’t buy the 11, it was worth the wait!

I have always had Androids before and my family and friends have wanted me to get an iPhone for a very long time. I am so glad I decided to finally get it. It really is easier to use than any of my Androids I have had, really easier! I also can now do Face Time with family and friends. Also, saving and transferring photos is a breeze. I always struggled with my other phones transferring photos. I have only take a few photos but they seem really good. I still have a lot to learn and can't wait to find out what this phone will do. And I love the color. I actually bought a clear case so I could see the color, plus it is easier to find in my big purse. Love, Love, Love!

Upgraded to this pacific blue iPhone 12 from a 64gb yellow iPhone XR, and the difference is huge. Love the camera upgrade, feels faster, lighter, and reminds me of a better iPhone 5

Recently upgraded from the iPhone 8 to the 12. I love the screen size, the camera takes amazing pictures, the battery life is really great. Overall, I really love this phone.

Still getting used to not having the home button to press. It doesn’t hold its battery as long as my 8+ did, but I like that it is smaller and lighter

Was surprised how nice the new design was. Same screen size as my last XR but less bulky. Screen is beautiful and battery last me more than a day with heavy use
