A: I believe they can, but depending upon how much content you have on your IPhone 6, could take a while. I backed up my old phone to ICloud. When I got home with my new phone and WiFi, upon power up my new iPhone asked if I wanted to transfer from my old phone to the new phone. Worked great for me.
