Upgraded from an iPhone 8. Would highly recommend upgrading if you are coming from a pre-iPhone X device. I really thought I would miss touch ID but Face ID has been surprisingly pleasant... unless you are wearing a mask. Other than that, the screen is absolutely huge and detailed. The 120 Hz display makes everything you do feel extremely responsive. The cameras are also really good. I was able to take pictures of my pets I would never have thought I was able to take. The battery life is also really great. The only negative is probably the weight of the phone. I love holding my phone at night when watching videos and my pinky gets tired very easily. Other than that, Apple knocked it out of the park.

This is a fantastic iPhone. I went to the store to purchase it. I had the older iPhone 11, and comparing the two is a new level of comparison. This new one appears to be better at taking nice camera photos and has a longer battery life. The 120HZ frequency is also a significant boost. It's so quick that every time you search something on Google, the number of results increases dramatically. It's incredible, and I adore this new iPhone. It was well worth the money.

Switched back to IPhone after 3 years of Android. Overall, I think the user experience is better. The camera takes amazing night photos but in all transparency I do miss the Samsung zoom. A full charge lasts me 36 hours with fairly heavy usage. The battery charges fast though. Overall a great phone!

ok - upgraded from a 10 to this. Doesn't feel like it performs any better, still issues with lagging and coverage not great (I know that's due to my provider, but was hoping this might help). I mean it's ok, but nothing outstanding.... So far the battery seems to be far better than other phones I've had.

I love this phone. Upgraded from the iPhone 12 pro max and 12 Pro. And wow the camera and battery life are amazing!!!!. It is a little heavier but hey after a day you can't notice it. Cinematic mode will take some practice.

Baught this phone for my other half, she loves it still 1yr later. And we both love taking photos and comparing our high quality shots. Perfect build been dropped over a million and still walks hard.

The new iPhone has a MUCH better camera and a better feel to it than the XR. I upgraded before my XR bailed on me and I don’t regret it. Better display quality and the battery lasts much longer. If you like to take pictures, its a worthy purchase. I have kiddos and my phone is my primary source of memory documentation, so this is a win for my family.

The Apple iPhone 13 Pro has an amazing camera. I traded in my old iPhone 11 Pro and now I have a phone capable of 5G speeds. The process was extremely easy at Best Buy. The mobile department helped to get everything set up for me and I was done in roughly 15 minutes. In fact, I was so pleased that I ordered a second phone as well. Highly recommended.

The first day the product was available for preorder, I ordered both from Apple directly and from Best Buy. I needed the phone before a “bucket list” international trip, and wanted to make sure the phone was unlocked in case I needed to use a local SIM card. I paid “full price” for both, the Best Buy price being discounted for activation (read: phone locked to a provider) and a discount on AppleCare. Both were available on day 1, and I picked up the phone from my local Best Buy store. It was locked to the provider, and it took a few calls and a week of time to get the right person at T-Mobile to unlock it (evidently, they automatically unlock themselves after some period, but I was traveling internationally a week later and couldn’t wait…). Again, just a watch out that even if you pay full price, it may be locked and you will have to work through your carrier to get it unlocked.

I am enjoying the phone thus far. Excellent photos and battery life, but for some odd reason, I do miss my iPhone X - maybe it’s separation issues. Nonetheless, this phone was worth the $, so if you’re thinking about it, purchase full price or payment plan. The trade in wasn’t worth it, I wish I hadn’t traded in my iPhone X as the iCloud barely saved any data as the back up was interrupted unbeknownst to me. I was also expecting the reps at bestbuy to offer the backup services, but was told they don’t offer that service. Word to the wise, double and triple back up. I was beaming with excitement and made an irreversible mistake - no one to blame but myself, and I’m very hurt by that, Overall, I lost many MANY MANY photos and other data and I wished I’d kept my iPhone X. The next phone I purchase will be from Apple only, as they assist with the backup. Life goes on, though. The trade-in saved me a couple bucks, but I lost a ton of memories. iPhone 13 pro is still worth the money.

Love it! Would buy again, let hope it lasts. All the memory I need for all the downloads I want.

Purchased this phone about a week ago. Wasn’t sure at first if it was worth the money or upgrade but I can say that after a weeks use this is my favorite iPhone I’ve ever owned. Battery power is great, screen is amazing and the camera is very good. I’ll definitely be using this phone for the long term!

I wasn't sure if I should get a PRO or not. It is definitely worth paying extra for. The cameras are outstanding, no other phone will give you the same quality of images or videos.

Noticeable upgrade from Iphone X in terms if picture quality. It is a bit bigger and noticeably heavier than the X as well.

mostly happy with this Iphone 13 Pro. However, I already have scratches on the "gorilla" glass. Phone I gave up was the iPhone 8s and after having that for many years, never had a scratch. I never used a film over the glass as it didn't seem necessary. How can the quality of the glass on this iPhone be worse than the 8? I also find it difficult to get all the open apps to show. takes me many times to flip up before I can make them show. Great photos!

Best cameras on iPhones yet, and this time the cameras are the same on iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max.

I thought this was very similar to iphone 12 pro, but it's actually much better. The most obvious improvement is the 120Hz fresh rate, making the movement in the screen much more smooth
