A: I took my iPhone to the UK in 2019. I had to get a dual SIM card and my Carrier was TESCO. I had no problems. It could be different now that the UK is not part of the EU. You cannot be paying installments to a carrier in the States such as AT&T. I had to pay the phone off completely.
